1 /5 Abdulfitah Abdi: Arguably one of the worst chicken shops I have ever been to, I ordered a chicken fillet burger with chips and a drink, the chicken fillet was so small and covered only half of the bun, and it was also over cooked and chewy (no chicken fillet should be chewy). I raised this with the two workers, one of them stated ‘our fillet burgers come like this’ and ‘this is all we haven’t. I kindly requested they offer me wings to compensate for the small fillet burger, the workers hesitated to offer me any wings as requested, I reminded them that I paid £6.50 for this burger meal and it’s ridiculous to charge that price for a burger that the fillet only covers half of the bun. They finally agreed to offer me two wings after some time (they spoke to their manager on the phone who agreed to offer me two wings).
I sat down to finish my meal and found two pieces of hair in my food! And the wings were dry and over cooked. I don’t think they take any pride in the food they sell. When I told the workers I would be writing a review on Google he responded ‘you can write whatever you like’ which shows just how little they care about customer feedback.
Would NOT recommend at all, close this chicken shop down.
