3 /5 N M: Really cosy and lovely place for brunch and the food was delicious (for the most part). Service was very fast and drinks were great.
Halfway through our brunch another table near us came in with a dog, which is fair enough as a dog friendly establishment. However, the dog was walking all over the seating and cushions and was also served a sausage on a normal customer plate as opposed to a dog bowl or something similar.
Completely lost my appetite after this and wasn’t able to finish my meal, which was a shame as it looked amazing and tasted great too. It really put me off coming back as it’s a lovely atmosphere and the waiter who served us was really friendly, but I really cannot bear the thought of eating off the same plates as a dog as surely this is a hygiene/ H&S issue?
I’d definitely recommend management to look into this and maybe invest in separate bowls/plates for dogs as a dog friendly establishment.
