TATYANA WEBB Beautiful hidden Gem to spend weekend! We love this hotel away from town centre . Stunning Victorian house surrounded with tall trees, roses and various plants. You feel relaxed , away from fast pace of life. We stayed in African Theme room on a ground floor with on-suite, exceptionally cleaned and fresh with super comfortable bed! We love the rich warm colours of the walls, pictures, chandelier, curtains, beddings and every small item in the room and even bathroom that support the main theme. Morning coffee ☕️ and freshly prepared breakfast on terrace in a great bonus !❤️ You can order tasty dishes for your meals from hotel menu. The free time you can spend in amazing bar “The Goat in a garden” located in the back of the hotel. There you can find a clear water stream with small fish too. Thank You so much to Willem and Ches for your Hospitality. We are definitely coming to stay again.

Sarah Archer-palmer I had a surprise birthday last Saturday organised by my daughter. It was for 22 people, preordered food & wine. Unfortunately 5 people couldn’t come but the staff, especially JP and Alex, went out of their way to change the tables, move chairs etc, relay everything. It was quick, efficient and calm. They took over everything. The food was excellent, I had fish & chips. The chef was very flexible with timings and all food came out at once. I know everyone enjoyed their meal as there were lots of compliments! The rugby was on the TVs but didn’t overbear our table and lots of us enjoyed it in the background. This encouraged the fun, laid back atmosphere. The end of the evening was relaxed with making payments and the flexibility to chop and change was very appreciated. Hannah had an excellent team which goes to show she is an excellent manager. We are locals and really enjoyed showing off The Drummond in all her updated glory to my close friends and family. Edward Wardroper Had a tasty breakfast here. For £5.50 I got chorizo, fried egg, avocado on toast. I would highly recommend. However they are small portions

Molly Mo Food is Amazing!! I loved everything ! The aubergine curry is very authentic ! The chole battura was delicious too ! The service was slow at first took us 25 mins to get the mutton rolls but after that all the dishes came out 5-10 mins after each other! We also ordered a masala dosa but it got eaten before I got to take a picture ! Service was lovely and nice!! We will be back!

Emilie van der Heijden Super cosy but VERY VERY busy cafe. The coffees and hot chocolate are the best in the whole of Guildford. They have delicious cakes too and a large menu, including plenty of glutenfree options.

The room, The quality of food and the service, everything was perfect. And also the attitude of the staff was so friendly and nice. I really enjoyed there and I would love to visit again for stay cation and also I would recommend to all my family and friends.
