5 /5 Sunny Miah: Ive been coming here since I was a teenager, and I have to admit they never disappoint. From entering the place to exiting, its always busy, and the food is quite brilliant. The original kebab rolls are fantastic, and the flaunda (fluda/ flauda) is the best in the world—no one can beat it. Kudos to the brothers and the entire team working there. They do an amazing job. I didn’t see the man at the front door this time—he’s been there for years, and I miss seeing him. Keep up the great work!

The ambiance was vibrant yet comfortable — perfect for a memorable meal. But what truly elevated the entire experience was our server, Kazi. Kazi went above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for. His recommendations were spot-on, his timing impeccable, and his friendly professionalism made the evening seamless. Every detail — from the way he presented the dishes to how attentively he checked in — reflected true excellence in service. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. Pairing such incredible dishes with world-class service made it a night to remember. 5 /5 Zoheir Esmail: When the waiter came to check on us my baba couldn’t help but exclaim “Zaberdast!” However, I can’t help but argue that zaberdast is an understatement. There is no word in the Urdu language that captures the magic of Gifto’s. Every dish was perfect. The karahi gosht was so flavorful and had the perfect amount of spice to it, and the soft and crunchy naan we ordered really elevated it. The mutton biryani was beautiful. The way the fragrant rice mixed with the tender mutton felt like a Van Gogh painting. The masala fried fish was exquisite. The fish was so nice and soft while the fried outside added a complementary taste and texture that brought the spirit of the fish alive. I feel that if the fish were alive it would personally thank the chef for allowing it to be cooked so divinely. The three main dishes made me feel like bursting out into a Qawwali for the world to enjoy. We ended the meal with a delicious rose falooda and some rich, aromatic tea. I left the restaurant with a full stomach and appreciation for the world around me. The busy Southall streets, which may disgust many people, donned a beautiful silk sari bearing the beautiful cultures of all the people in this beautiful bustling ethnic enclave.

5 /5 Herman: Ordered lamb mixed grill, half chicken tandoori, keema naan, and falooda. Highly recommend the lamb grill, and falooda, insanely flavourful. Keema naan I think was good, but I expected more flavour. They were also incredibly kind when I realised they had accidentally given me the full mixed grill and replaced it, even though I said it was fine. Huge tables.
