1 /5 Harsh Answal: I had a very disappointing experience this time. I went to celebrate my birthday here again — last year I celebrated my birthday at this same place, and it was such a wonderful experience that I decided to come back. Unfortunately, this time it was completely different and honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
The girl at the reception, Aman, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Throughout the evening, her behaviour was very unpleasant. Later at night, she started rushing everyone to finish quickly, even though we were still sitting and hadn’t even finished our food. She even turned off the lights while people were still eating, which was very disrespectful and ruined the whole atmosphere.
It was supposed to be a special day for me, but because of her behaviour, my birthday celebration was completely spoiled. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed, especially after having such a positive experience last year.
I really hope the management looks into this issue seriously because this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend anyone to visit this place — customer service and respect should always come first.
