Holiday Inn London - Sutton by IHG - (Near Sutton, london)

4 /5 Scott Logan: Stayed for two nights. Have to pay for parking but it’s a bit unclear about where you should pay: via the app as the signs say, or at check in Room was very clean and good ameneties like a fridge, safe, ironing board, iron and coffee machine (kettle was inc up board beside fridge). Both coffee pods and packets were available. Had a premium room so also came with 3 soft drinks and one beer which was a nice surprise. Only downside was on night 1, there was some form of works going on that lasted from approx 8pm till 1am. Not all at the same time, but just random bursts of activity. Was manageable for the most part but found it a bit strange that it was allowed past 8pm in what seemed a very busy hotel.

5 /5 Sarah Jones: We regularly stay here to see family who are close by. The staff are always very polite and helpful. The swimming pool is a great addition. The rooms could just do with being updated now but pleasant enough and comfortable.

5 /5 Josie T: I stayed for 21 days.. And I have to say, Denise the manager and her team. We’re excellent. Anything that I needed Denise was the first one to fix the situation and it’ll make me comfortable. Denise and her team are wonderful and courteous. And they are very helpful and very knowledgeable. Denise is an amazing manager. That is what a manager is. Denise was attentive and kind and went out of her way. To make me comfortable. And I will refer this hotel to anyone I talk to you. I will definitely be staying there again. Denise is one of the best managers I’ve ever encountered. Thank you Denise for making my stay comfortable and warm and wonderful.

5 /5 Sarah Li: My husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel recently from 5/1:26 to 2/2/26. The staff at the reception, the restaurant and the cleaners are very charming. Nothing by is too much for them. They smiled all the time. The facilities were very very clean. The bar staff were very I could carry on with my work sitting at one of the tables. I was never pressured to buy drinks for using the facility. The decor was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was generous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. I hope they will develope laundry service at the hotel in the future. Thank you everyone who work at this marvellous hotel. Dr. Sarah Li

3 /5 Mo Ali: Its decent overall. 4 star for facilities nice swimming pool jacuzzi gym. Staff are very attentive esp at breakfast. Rooms need complete update quite outdated. Location great. Parking costs per day were disappointing.
