I P Visiting Upper Richmond Caffe in Richmond with my family turned out to be an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, making us feel immediately at home. The food was simply exquisite, with each dish serving as a testament to the culinary excellence we had heard so much about. Every bite was a burst of flavor that had us all savoring the moment. But what truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service. The staff were not just attentive but genuinely kind, ensuring that our family time was comfortable, enjoyable, and truly special. It’s a rarity to find a place that impressively combines delectable food with great service, making our visit memorable. David Graver Happy faces right from when we got in… good genuinely convo from staff throughout the meal. Food was out very quickly… we got ribeye option with the best tasting lemonade ever (no cap). Dessert also rocked the box… definitely coming back here!

The portions are generous, and everything arrives hot and well-packaged. The staff are friendly, polite, and make every visit a great experience. Whether dining in or ordering takeaway, the quality is consistently excellent. Highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious food and great service!

Olly P We were staying in the hotel for a couple of nights and decided to try the restaurant for dinner. After looking at reviews online I was a bit dubious but honestly the food was really nice. We had steak and a salmon dish (would of been trout but they had run out). Steak was cooked pretty much perfect and wasn’t chewy. Prices were reasonable. The only downside was the actual service that was initially slow, having sat down for a while and not even offered a menu but that was rescued by someone in the end and she was very pleasant and attentive. I wanted to write a more positive review as previous reviews haven’t been good for this place and I think as far as food quality things have improved.

Harrison McFall-King Lucky to stumble across this gem on our way home post a few. Super fresh ingredients, super clean and lovely owner. Food was delicious. Amazing mixed chicken and lamb snack box with a refreshing salad. Fresh spits too here. You can’t go wrong.

Sam Nanavov I recently visited Bubble + Bun and overall I was left with a wonderful impression. What I liked: • The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Simple interior, good lighting, comfortable chairs — a pleasant place to relax or enjoy a meal in a casual setting. • The staff were friendly and attentive. Drinks and dishes were served quickly. • The food was very tasty. The bao buns were soft and well filled, especially the pork one — juicy, flavorful, with a good balance of sauces. The Tom Yum was excellent. • Great view from the window. • Reasonable prices. Bubble + Bun is a great choice if you want to try Asian street food. The food really stands out and the service is very good. A solid 5 out of 5 stars
