5 /5 Bismah Irfan: When I came in, it wasnt too busy. The food was amazing and the portion sizes were colossal. I am grateful for the hefty amount and felt like a small child being treated especially with the mcdonalds style fries. Staff is really polite and always making an effort and keeping the store up to standard. A real gem in quiet Crawley. Something we need.

3 /5 Annie Peter: Disappointing today at downstairs cafe. Had food with friends- first was brought wrong order- no bacon. Perhaps person who took order did not hear me order the bacon. Another server said she would get bacon and there would be no charge. Bacon came and I ate it. As I was leaving the male staff member shouted in front of all that I hadnt paid for the bacon. I explained his colleague had told me I would not be charged and tge original error was theirs. As a regular customer I was upset at how this matter was handled. I wasnt trying to get free bacon . However the male staff member, B, I felt made me look and feel like a criminal. His customer service was lacking Other staff today were very nice.

5 /5 Swati Malu: Location is perfect. The ambience was nice. We ordered Veg food. Bruschetta & Garlic Bread both were nice. Tried amazing drinks available in the menu. Dont remember exact names but have shared the pictures. We had tried a drink of mango base and another of green tea. Both were amazing!!

5 /5 Mehreen Khan: I had such a fantastic experience at Italian Kitchen in Crawley! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a meal with friends or family. A special mention to our waitress, Swati, who was amazing throughout. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Her service really stood out and made the entire experience that much better. Highly recommend this place — definitely a 5-star experience all round!
