3 /5 Ester Tankosic: Normally I enjoy coming here and their Acai is delicious, but today I was quite disappointed. Before coming to the shop I used a card while grocery shopping and had no problem. All of a sudden I come to Jungle Berry and all the attempts at making a transaction were declined. Ive immediately went to my mobile banking app and of course I have more than enough money on it. The guy working there kept trying, but with no luck. I felt quite embarrassed thinking it was my cards fault, but was confused because I have successfully payed with it just an hour before. I left the store feeling really down because I was looking forward to having my usual Acai. I decided to go to a nearest coffee shop just to see if my card really doesnt work and what a surprise, the payment successfully went through. Please, since you have a no cash policy, at least make sure that your card machines are properly working. I know this can happen to any business, but its quite embarrassing and unpleasant when it happens. I hoped for a nice bowl of Acai after rushing all morning without breakfast, but was sadly left disappointed. Unfortunately it has put me off from eating here anytime soon and Ive been a loyal customer..

5 /5 Will W: Loveeeeeeeee this place! I come here nearly everyday to get my pump bowl with protein powder. The staff are so lovely they always have a smile and love to chat!!! There is only a small bench up stairs but there is plenty of seating downstairs if you want to stay and eat. They also have other items to buy like granola and protein bars Highly highly recommend !

3 /5 Vinay Damani: Ordered the following via Delivery: Panini & smoothie combo (£14.80): - Tuna easy cheesy Panini - Berry Boost smoothie Chargrilled chicken, cream cheese & pesto sandwich(£7.20) Review: Panini was disappointing as the parsley is overpowering. The small sandwich had very little flavour, was expecting a bit more more from that combination of ingredients. The smoothie was the only highlight and very tasty. Pricing: Overall, pricing is way too much for what was not a great meal. The only thing they do relatively well is their smoothies even though you are spending £8 - £10 if you buy as a standalone.
