Chanel Musa Popeyes in Enfield Town has quickly become one of our local favourites. We’ve even had breakfast here – which is saying something, because we usually wouldn’t go out for a muffin/egg McMuffin-style meal. Their version is excellent, especially with the chicken sausage – absolutely delicious! The milkshakes are also really good, and overall the food is consistently tasty. What really makes the difference, though, is the staff. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. A special mention to Asha, who greets us with the warmest smile every time and goes out of her way to make us feel welcome. The whole Popeyes team makes our visits feel personal, and we’re genuinely grateful for the great service. Highly recommend!

Bessie Coates We have been loyal to Saathi for 3 years and will never go anywhere else! We love it there, takeaway/ or dine in the staff are so kind and friendly, they go out of their way to look after us and we don’t care that they don’t serve alcohol anymore! You’re going for the delicious food! The chicken badami saag, lamb madras and the dansak are our favourites. Thank you Saathi we love you!

Paul O’ Brien This is my local, it’s really nice and the latest landlords are really lovely. My favourite place to stop for a pint at the end of a great cycle journey. In the past one could bring bikes through the gate, so perhaps that will be reinstated in the future, or the front area with no table on the street could have a nice place to lock up bikes safely. Deffo recommend.

Also love the service from everyone here, you are always greeted with a smile and a touch of class from all the staff. The Mediterranean club sandwich is a winner, cant go wrong. Rinnah Kamwanga I visited Tasty Gyros in Enfield Town Today after school around 3pm to try gyros for the first time, and overall I had a positive experience. When I entered, the place wasn’t busy and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and polite. I ordered a chicken gyro for £8.25 as a takeaway. The waiting time was reasonable, and the staff kindly asked if I needed a bag and cutlery, which I appreciated. When I got home, the packaging was secure and well-presented. The flavours were enjoyable — the tzatziki had a nice, fresh yoghurt taste, the chicken was well-cooked and tasty, and the bread was soft, which I really liked. Although the chips were a bit soggy and dry, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. Overall, my first time trying gyros was a good one, and I would consider returning.
