The 10 course tasting menu read like a dream but tasted even better. The mackerel was delicate but punchy, the crab pasta was a silky treat, the venison was just melt in the mouth cooked to perfection. Every dish was inventive, creative and delicious but one dish I can’t forget, and for me is outstanding, is the pork buns. The slight crust on the outside with the soft unctuous pork center and then the heavenly cardamom butter on the side. These buns absolutely stole the show. More please!
