"Calamari" is surimi.
"Spiced bread" is a plain, large, dry pitta cut into 4.
"Milkshake" is just milk.
Chips are somehow soggy and dry at the same time.
Their "large" portion of shish is still just 1 skewer of totally bland and chewy meat.
This place is the Temu/Wish of takeaways and seriously needs an inspection for false advertisement, quality, health risk, etc etc etc

In regards to your passive aggressive comment "5 days after your order": I had to wait for JustEat to make a decision before posting this.
In regards to the spiced bread: you have a picture of Turkish Bread which is certainly not Pitta as the example of your "spiced bread" on Just Eat.
In regards to the calamari: That is definitely not squid, and if whatever it is (as you claim it is not surimi) has ever seen a squid, it is definitely not fresh.
In regards to the milkshake: I am willing to accept it might have had ice cream in it, however we paid for specifically flavoured milkshakes. Not just milk and plain ice cream.
I did notice that you were probably upset/angry when replying to the review, so you have failed to address all of the other issues, whilst failing to respond properly to the issues you have addressed.
In hindsight, I should have requested a refund for the entire order.
Its okay to have an "off" day, its okay to make mistakes. It is not okay to lie about a service youre charging far too much money for without trying to improve
