2 /5 L Z: I’m a regular customer here, but today’s experience was disappointing. I understand it was busy, but after waiting over 15 minutes to place my order — and watching staff take the orders of two customers who arrived after me — it felt unprofessional. One of the staff even acknowledged me but then chose to take the short woman’s order instead, leaving me standing there.
Realistically, if I had stayed another 10 minutes, it might’ve finally been my turn — but since I planned to order fish bites, as usual, I would’ve been asked to wait yet another 10 minutes for it to be cooked. At that point, I just left and got food elsewhere.
I also tried calling ahead to place the order by phone, but no one picked up.
Just a suggestion: maybe going forward, when customers walk in, you could ask what they plan to order — that way you can start preparing items like fish that take longer, instead of prioritizing only your favorite faces.
