Lerone This modest eatery has recently become a personal favorite of mine. It may be easy to overlook while passing by, but if you appreciate Jerk Chicken with a unique twist, you must visit. After eagerly anticipating a visit for over a year, I can confidently say that it was well worth the wait.
The establishment gained immense popularity on social media for its innovative approach of transforming traditional Jerk Chicken into Jerk Chicken Kebab. This concept has proven to be highly successful. The dish is served with chips at a reasonable price of ÂŁ10 and is bursting with flavor. I wish I had ordered two portions.
In addition to the Jerk Chicken Kebab, they offer Jamaican Patties and other delectable staples of Caribbean cuisine. These include traditional Jerk Chicken and stew beef, both served with rice and peas. They also provide a variety of ice slushies, which are ideal for the summer and surpass the quality of typical slushies. These beverages are all quite refreshing.
For dessert (if you still have room), I recommend trying a slice of Banana cake or Rum Cake. The owner informed me that both of these delectable treats are made on the premises using a cherished family recipe. They certainly lived up to my expectations. Both cakes were moist and baked to perfection.
