Although it was a bit busy on a Saturday and we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated in the small waiting area, when we sat down and ordered the food was wonderful and came out quickly. The staff were friendly and the food portions were generous and tasty. I was also glad to see they had lots of plant based options. The food was hot and fresh. As always, the bottomless drinks were a hit. The place was also very clean and comfortable. I’d definitely come back here.

Staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone craving amazing food and great service.

5 /5 Gurpster gurpy gurp: Brilliant Valentines Lunch at Nandos St Michaels, Basingstoke!Took the family out for Valentines Day to Nandos at St Michaels Retail Park (Unit 8, The Harrow Way, RG22 4AN), and we had an absolute fantastic lunch. Easy parking and spacious seating made it family-perfect on a busy Saturday.I had the Big Cheese burger – grilled halloumi heaven with salsas and PERinaise. Partner loved the Beanie Wrap (cheesy chickpea patty, chilli jam). Kids demolished the Cheesy Garlic Pitta, gooey and garlicky. Finished with bottomless ice cream – unlimited creamy refills kept them smiling! Food arrived hot and fresh, staff friendly despite the rush.

Each dish is crafted with care, showcasing fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and satisfied. Overall, its a delightful experience that keeps you coming back for more. More importantly, they are very welcoming and knowledgeable with allergies.
