5 /5 Chris Romero: I’ve been going here for nearly 10 years, the food here hasn’t disappointed me. The food is fresh and it tastes amazing ! Also, the service here is really good! The prices are decent so it makes a great option for a nice takeaway.

1 /5 Kumar Datla: I have felt every time I order the food on phone, that the receiver person seems to be so busy that she doesnt care and respect to listen what I am trying to order. It is one of the facts, which makes me think that why I need to spend money, time, effort to order here, where they sound very rude to you while serving the customers. The food is okay, but impression of buying in this restaurant changes to be not that necessary here to order again. My humble request is to please maintain the politeness and some patience to listen what customer is trying to order and please make a friendly neighbourhood.

Sadly I think this restaurant may just be past that point and I feel obligated to warn other potential customers before parting with their hard earned money. Ive ordered my takeaway from New Wing Luck for several years. Its a local restaurant that has generally delivered good quality food. Recently, I made my usual order, the food arrived and there was a lack of care in every dish prepared. The King prawn curry was a mess, the source appeared as though it had been cooked days before, frozen and reheated. No taste or flavour. The crispy chicken was cooked too long and over seasoned to mask that very fact. Bonus, a piece of chicken had a hair in it, just want a diner is seeking. The crispy duck had some nice parts, but as a whole wasnt great and seemed as though little attention had been made to create even a moderately passable dish. Most of the food went in the bin, due to the poor quality and for the sake of everyones digestion. My only positive experience, the delivery driver was polite.
