All dishes were 5 star and the beef curry was exceptional. The dhal and paneer were great sides. This restaurant is a cut above and worth a detour.

Vandana and the owner are very kind and nice. The atmosphere is good. Ive been a regular customer here for a few years now.

5 /5 ELEGANT ENTERTAINERS: We went to Papaya on New Year’s Eve & it was THE BEST DECISION EVER. Front the we entered we were made to feel welcome to the time we left. We spent almost 2 hours at the restaurant and their dishes were full of flavour, meat was well cooked and less oily compared to most over hyped restaurants out there The price of every starter, main dishes & their drinks was very affordable and we would whole heartedly recommend & re-visit Papaya again with our family & friends The main highlight is the owner of the restaurant who ensures all his customers are satisfied every step of the way throughout their visit which is above and beyond what every restaurant management should take note of What a Brilliant Modern Ceylon (Sri Lankan) restaurant with a wide variety of choices. 5 /5 Ashen De Silva: My girlfriend and I had a fantastic dinner date at Papaya. We started with the papadams and fish cutlets, which were both excellent. The egg hoppers were a standout, perfectly light and authentic. For the mains, the beef and mutton curries were tender and packed with rich, complex spices. We finished with the coconut ice cream in a coconut shell, a refreshing end. Impeccable customer service and a warm atmosphere make this London’s best spot for authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. Highly recommended!
