Their flawlessly cooked dough strikes a perfect balance between crispy and soft. The long-fermentation sourdoughs are both satisfying and wont leave you feeling parched or uncomfortable – a truly healthy option. The marinara is undoubtedly one of the tastiest Ive ever had, with a delightful pungent garlic touch. Other pizzas featuring high-quality ingredients, such as the delectable aubergines and my personal favorite with potatoes and truffle, did not disappoint. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant experience, allowing you to enjoy your wait at your preferred table, ordering drinks from the pub.
