We placed our order at 5pm and it didn’t arrive until 7pm - a full two-hour wait. We called multiple times for updates and were repeatedly told the driver would be contacted and we’d be called back, but no one ever did. Each time we had to chase them ourselves.
The man on the phone was rude and obnoxious, acting as though we were inconveniencing him just for asking where our food was - despite the delay being entirely their fault.
When the food finally arrived it was cold. The salt and pepper chicken was dry and completely flavourless, the chicken balls were extremely oily, and while the egg fried rice was okay, it didn’t make up for the rest of the experience.
Terrible service, poor communication, and disappointing food. We will never, ever order from this place again.
