4 /5 Leon Das: Very nice pizza express. Some nice seating indoors and outdoors. Was super busy after the final and still managed to seat us and serve us quickly with good quality food. Pizzas are nice. The goujons were ok weren’t to crispy. Same with the wings they tasted very nice and were juicy but just didn’t have much crisp to them.

He was charismatic, confident, and incredibly knowledgeable — and when he told me I could order gluten-free dough balls, it genuinely made my day. He has that rare spark that makes you feel looked after, not just served. My friend even said, “He’s too good to work here,” and I honestly agree. Please recognise him — he’s a good one.

5 /5 Mohit Raut: Collected my order today from PizzaExpress at London Designer Outlet and had a really great experience. I ordered the Giardiniera pizza and a Chocolate Fudge Cake for collection. The pickup time was 5:20pm and everything was ready right on time — no waiting at all, which I really appreciated. The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming, and the whole collection process was smooth and quick. The packaging was neat and secure, keeping everything fresh and perfectly presented. The Giardiniera was delicious, full of flavour and cooked just right. And the Chocolate Fudge Cake — absolutely amazing — super rich, super tasty, honestly felt like heaven in every bite. Really happy with the service, food quality, and overall experience. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended!

5 /5 adrian simmons: There was a few issues, such as waiting over 10 minutes to order with newer tabled being served first and being brought the wrong pizza. However, my server Alina quickly amended this. She was also very kind and attentive even bringing me two bottles of still water when put of the litre bottle so I could still use my in app reward. The vegan alternatives were amazing, Im a pescaterian but since trying them at this branch before Ive been hooked. Sadly, on this visit I lacked the funds to tip however I will definitely be returning
