The chicken, curry sauce and sausage in batter is my go to from Hings. I hope they keep the old school charm as this is what I love the most. Keep up the good work. I am on my way to get chips now! The owners plants are also a great reason to visit :D and they even have a great selection of sweets for the kids (or some adults)

Natalie Hobkirk We’re new to the area and had some friends coming over and wanted to do a take away. We thought we’d give Chesham Cottage a try, and we were really impressed. Food was of great quality and lots of it. We had a big order and everything was there - and even though the gentleman on the phone said it was about an hours wait, and I asked if they could try and get it to us sooner, it came 30 mins earlier than expected. We will definitely get a takeaway from there again!

You can tell they use good ingredients because everything has great flavour, from the meat to the sauces. Service is always friendly and they get the food out quickly, even when it’s busy. Prices are fair and portions are decent too — you definitely get your money’s worth. If you fancy a proper kebab or a good takeaway after a long day, this is the place to go. Reliable, tasty, and consistent every time.
