5 /5 Tony Peretti: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Neapolitan pizza in London
This is the real deal.
After years eating pizza across Europe and London, this is honestly the best Neapolitan pizza we have had. The dough is light and airy with the perfect leopard crust, the tomato base is rich and fresh, and the mozzarella and basil taste exactly like Naples.
Vincenzo Ferrara and Anastazzio have created something special in Southgate, North London. Warm atmosphere, genuine hospitality, and food made with passion.
A true hidden gem in Barnet. Worth travelling across London for.
Support this place. We will be back.
5 /5 Nicoletta Carchia: I’ve tried pizza, roselle, panuozzo and tarallo napoletano, and if you’re after authentic Neapolitan flavours, Scugnizzi is the place to go.
Vincenzo puts his heart and soul into every creation, carefully preserving ancient flavours and bringing the true taste of Naples to the table.
A place where the Southern Italian tradition, passion, and authenticity come together in every bite.
5 /5 Boni Pagano: Welcomed straight away by Vincenzo and his warm, friendly staff. Amazing and authentic Neapolitan pizza — what more could you ask for?
Definitely will be going back again soon!
5 /5 Cecilia Gennaro: I’ve been here twice already and I enjoyed delicious pizzas! The pizza chef is exceptional doing his job! He has great knowledge of the ingredients and how to create very tasty food recipes.
Please visit him if you want to try Neapolitan pizza but cannot travel to Italy!
Edward Wardroper Had a tasty breakfast here. For £5.50 I got chorizo, fried egg, avocado on toast. I would highly recommend. However they are small portions
Sapan Chavda Was here for a quick meal before seeing some friends.
Ordered a variety of dishes, and a cocktail.
Familiar flavours, but done exceptionally well. Their Hawaiian Popcorn Chicken was a much larger portion than I was expecting!
The Kalua pork taco was a bit too delicate for my liking, however hit on the flavour notes.
The tofu and kimchi taquitos were crispy and easy enough to eat without making a big mess!
I’d recommend this as a good date spot or catch-up with friends.
Joshua Chan Went there for tea. Had a great experience. Staff was attentive and catered to our every want and need. Food was great, especially the scones and tea.
Bishow Sundar Sejuwal From the moment we stepped in, we were wrapped in the warm, inviting aroma of spices. Our visit to Royal Spice was more than just a meal; it was a fantastic experience.
The staff treated us like old friends, offering genuine recommendations. We tried the Mixed Nepali Platter (the momo were divine!) and the Butter Chicken, which was impossibly creamy and flavourful. The garlic naan was fresh, fluffy, and perfect for scooping up every last bit of sauce.
What truly sets Royal Spice apart is the heart they put into every dish. You can taste the authenticity and care. It’s a rare gem in Uxbridge that transports your senses straight to the Himalayas and the vibrant streets of India.
We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Thank you for an unforgettable evening! We’ll be back very soon.
Hems Patel The mixed grill was outstanding, and the Kabuli pulao was fantastic. All the vegetarian food we tried was great too – the aubergine dishes were really tasty.
The lady working here was so fun and welcoming – she really made our time great. Those Chips
If I lived closer, I’d be back in a heartbeat. A must-visit in London!
I wish this business great success for 2026
Kenneth Liu The service was fantastic, amazing and friendly waitresses and the owner came out for a chat too.
We used a Groupon voucher and unlike other places where you get treated like second class citizens we were treated like royalty - kudos to the staff.
Again even with a Groupon deal the food was really high quality and delicious. The hot fish platter and scallops are must orders!
