Jonathan Dent Ordered online. As it was a Friday night 90 minutes later I chased on the phone and was told it would be another 6 minutes as the driver was on his way. 15 minutes later I chased again, and got through to the manager. I was told the "6 minutes" response was their standard reply, and that my order had not been processed as Id ordered from an old menu. I pointed out that this was their online menu, and was offered a half price meal, within the next 10 minutes. This then changed to 30 minutes when I challenged the time...absolute shambles, management style is obviously to tell the customer any old guff. Stay clear if you actually want to eat something...

Helen Krychowska We do love a lounge. And this is one of the best! Very clean, lovely, lovely staff. Food was perfectly cooked. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. Very family/dog friendly. Staff were so helpful and clearly enjoy working together, which is so nice to see.

Glenda Newman Found this place late one evening and had an awesome experience. The staff are friendly and accommodated us even though we had no reservation. We sat outside and the staff did not forget us, they were very at. Fries are a must! Burgers are were good. We will definitely be back.

Mr A.Review I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Eleven Coffee shop. The food and coffee was exceptional — especially the chicken burger, which was bursting with flavor. The taste of Korean-inspired spices was perfectly balanced, and the burger was generously fried in a roll that added a delightful crunch. The sauce was just the right amount of spicy without overpowering the other flavors; it truly was the best Ive ever tasted. The overall quality and thoughtfully crafted flavours made for a memorable meal. I am already looking forward to returning and exploring more of their delicious menu offerings. Rabeal Akhter The store was clean, calm environment. Staff was pleasant too. We enjoyed our food. Everything was timely from placing our order to getting the food. I must say food was piping hot and delicious.
