SoBe Burger Farnborough - (Near , london)

1 /5 Jasmin Pilott: I ordered via deliveroo. When the order turned up, it was cold, 2 of the burgers that were meant to be Bbq cheese, had no cheese and no BBQ just another sauce. I phoned up the store, to be spoke to very rudely, shouting over me, telling me Im lying. And to contact deliveroo for my money back. Very rude. Dont not waste your time and money there are nicer burgers around.

1 /5 Chris Hibbert: 25-40 minute delivery time quoted at time of purchase via JustEat. ETA has drifted out incrementally by 5 minutes at a time, to over 2 hours. Waiting 90-120+ minutes for a £20 burger doesnt sit well. Cant comment on the food yet, for obvious reasons...

5 /5 Aimee Greeno: Lovely staff!!! Burger was good just wish it had some more sauce as it’s delish. However, the front was a bit dirty and untidy! Fries were average but the special sauce made it so much better!!!

2 /5 A A: So Be? More like "No Be"! Very disappointed. Seating area was dirty, not being swept. One guy had his hands on his hips and scratching his face whilst handling the raw meat balls with his bare hands. Also then touching the buns and using the utensils. Rushmoor Food Safety Team need to inspect these premises ASAP! Grill staff clearly inexperienced. One of the 4 burgers I ordered was the wrong one. Burgers didnt taste great and underwhelming. Onion rings were just the cheap Supermarket ones. The loaded fries didnt have much topping. I would have been livid had I paid full price. Even with the current 50% off promo, it wasnt worth it.

3 /5 Georgina Doherty: So, id score more for the burger.. its so nearly a 4.. but it was quite light on the cheese and sauce so just a touch too dry.. but otherwise it was nicely seasoned and better than a golden arches! Importantly ordered on deliveroo and someone was knocking on my door 15(!!!!) Minutes later!! The chips were so hot i had to wait for them to cool to eat :) super fast, thank you. Very tired mum and honestly I would have eaten food with a 2 star just to not cook and clean up. So appreciate that, thanks! Chicken tenders were ok.
