5 /5 Sophie Watson: We were staying at the hotel and spent a couple of nights here after we had been to the theatre. The food was nice and the staff were friendly. They have some board games on the shelves and we played a few of those which was a lot of fun and a great touch!

1 /5 priya rai: Terrible frozen pizza after 45min wait that was still frozen in the middle and cost £15. this was the only meal on menu and it was not even busy. We were thr only people even ordering food. rest were guest of adjoining hotel on the complimentary wine/cheese. No grace to offer some compensation. Will never visit and will warn people from coming here. the fact that only hotel guests were eating store bought cheese and olives should have been a clue. I feel cheated.

4 /5 Paris Leung: Staying at the hotel and came down for a cortado shortly upon arrival. Very nice atmosphere and super friendly. Its open 24 hours for convenience which is great when traveling and schedules are adjusting. Thanks!!!

We went there around 5-6pm, staff were all packed at the bar talking between them, no one to sit us or tell us how the bar/tapas worked (how to order, need to go to the counter? Food are being served or not? Etc) The staff is not ready to work with hospitality, we felt a unwelcoming atmosphere, not even a fake smile. (that we that work with hospitality know that sometimes is needed) Besides the service that was really poor, the pizza took ages to arrive, was really crazy to see so many staff and no one paying any attention to the customers. A really bad experience.
