Prasad Siriwardana Overall, I had a good experience at Itsu, Ealing Broadway. The food is fresh, tasty, and healthy — great Japanese options for a quick meal. However, some staff members seemed a bit careless and not very attentive. Still, it’s a nice place with quality food and a pleasant atmosphere.

Jamie Stewart Everything you would expect from a Sussex village pub. Good food, quaint interior, and friendly locals. Nice large beer garden. Visited on Saturday lunch time. Called in the late morning to book a table. Was told, no need they won’t be busy. Plus they don’t take bookings. Got there to discover the place was packed, inside and out! (Maybe they should consider bookings for inside table, if that is an important for some customers). As it was the weather was nice, so sitting in the beer garden was nice. The food was excellent. Tasty steak and kidney pie. Good seafood salad. Very reasonable prices. Only marked down the service because the actual bar inside is small, and on a busy day it took a while to be served. But the service was friendly. Will definitely be back. Maybe on a week day!

C B Have had several roast dinners delivered from Novo and nothing but praise. Food arrived hot, potatoes still crispy and really good sized portions. Prices competitive and lovely friendly staff. I really hope for a small business, they continue to do well, they deserve it!

Jenny Corby Cannot fault it. Absolutely LOVE this venue my Mum and Dad have been going every week since it opened and they love it as their weekly treat. All the staff are so lovely Dad always gets remembered and superb service which means the world to us both! The menu is brilliant we have tried several different things always amazingly fresh tasty and brilliantly served! If you havent got Russ Tge Chipper as a routine dinner date why not! T. Schu. We’ve eaten at this pizzeria for the second time during our vacation, and once again it was absolutely fantastic. We tried the pizza as well as the carbonara, shared a starter, and finished with the cheesecake – everything was unbelievably delicious. The service deserves special mention: incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely took time for us as guests. This is the kind of service many places in Germany could definitely learn from. We’re already planning to come back again in the next few days, and this pizzeria will definitely be a must-visit for us on all future trips to London. Highly recommended!
