5 /5 renu karnani: It was my birthday! Had a lovely time. Food was good. Best part is the service, the staff members were so lovely, smiling made us feel so comfortable. The decor was so beautiful! I would recommend to visit this place as this is the authentic " Indian Restaurant ", unlike others who only claims to be Indian restaurant!

5 /5 Monica Bowen: The best Indian food. The menu is masterfully designed with tasty descriptions leaving your mouth watering for the first bite or sip. There are a variety of options for every palette. The Onion Bhaji and Tangy Spinach Crunch are simply divine!! The naan is perfection. Service is sublime. You will not be disappointed!

5 /5 Dean Thompson: It was our first visit to The Golden Peacock & we weren’t disappointed! The restaurant has 3 sections which gives different areas to seat in, depending on what “one” preferences. When we first arrived we were sat in the middle of the restaurant which was principally a nice setting, however, a large party at the back were enjoying themselves & the noise carried & it was over bearing. We asked to move to the front, which was perfect as the sound didn’t travel that far & the bar & window setting was perfect. The decor is fresh & contemporary, with tasteful nods to Peacocks throughout. The food is absolutely delicious, gorgeously presented & whilst the more traditional curry choices aren’t on the menu, the choices available are lovely & the taste & spice level are on point! Good value & we left very impressed. Lastly the service by Sultan & Bella was super, polite, engaging, professional & a credit to the Team. The owner came & said “Hi” & introduced themselves as we had been long standing loyal customers of the previous Owners. Definitely recommend

5 /5 Nick Worman: Went for dinner last night and loved every bit of it. The food was super tasty and not your normal English curry type, a lot of them I didnt know and I loved that. My mutton curry was delicious. Our server Jacob was brilliant also, very attentive and friendly. The restaurant itself is tasteful with great atmosphere. Absolutely recommend here and will be going back again. Make sure to give the Indian pale ale a taste also, not seen it before and was great! We used an app for an early booking and the discount meant it was such good value :)

4 /5 Samantha OGrady: The food here is absolutely delicious. The smallish menu works well as everything tastes really fresh and some good choices. Service was good although at times there didn’t seem to be enough staff around. The restaurant lacks some atmosphere, which is the reason for 4 stars and needs some ambience. It’s a bit canteen like and not what I’d call an ‘out for the evening’ type of place.. can’t fault the food though so would still recommend!
