5 /5 Rhys: I came here on a whim as an appointment had cancelled, so I had some time to kill. Excellent service and food, I went for the squid to start which was crisp and fresh, the vietnamese dipping sauce had a perfect balance of heat and unami. The burger that followed was epic, great depth of flavour and hit all the right notes. Service was efficient, polite and friendly - felt looked after throughout, offered drinks at the right time and never rushed.

5 /5 Paul Thomas: Absolutely loved this place.. it’s in a beautiful safe neighbourhood there was three easy parking. The room was large and beautifully furnished bedlinen and towels are top quality. It was warm. The shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. We were very late arriving but Mr Lewes Made arrangements for us to collect the key after hours Thank you we had a good time here

5 /5 Ellie Newell: What wonderful staff! I am very grateful to a lovely man who works there, who my apologies, I didn’t catch the name of. But I had a flat tyre this evening and managed to pull into the car park before I was stuck on the road and myself and my sister went in to ask if anyone could help us and a lovely guy came to help straight away no problems at all. I just want to say a massive thank you again, I really really appreciate your selflessness and kindness to help me out. He was the nicest guy, so friendly and chatty and gave a great demo on how to change a tyre. And personally for me that one interaction tells me everything I need to know about The Old House Inn, they’re are absolutely amazing and deserve proper recognition. Your staff are the forefront of your business and what an incredible group of people who have working there. Thank you to the two other guys who allowed this guy to come off shift to help us. We really appreciate you too. The guys wouldn’t take anything we offered as a thank you so we will be in for a drink very soon to support this business! And if I haven’t already said it before, thank you!!!

5 /5 Russ Hannah: Lovely pub hotel, close to Gatwick airport. We had an upstairs room in the separate annex outside the main building. Very spacious room, clean bathroom, and comfy bed. Had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent (if a little pricey). Was leaving for the airport at 7:30am and breakfast started from 8, so they prepared us a very substantial packed breakfast to go. Overall excellent value for money and would certainly stay again and recommend.

5 /5 Ian Harrison: Stopped here for a meal following our flight back from Tenerife to Gatwick. Made really welcome by the staff who took every care and attention to ensure our needs were well satisfied. The quality of the meal and wine were superb. The chef came and had a chat with us which we really appreciated. In conclusion, an excellent choice of venue in an absolutely delightful inn fuĺl of character and charm.
