2 /5 Salih Doganer: Visited The Restaurant Hub before shopping at Sainsbury’s. Staff were chatting when we arrived, then disappeared as we reached the tills—waited several minutes before anyone appeared. Service felt rushed and unprofessional, even though the place was nearly empty.
Breakfast was decent and arrived quickly, but our coffees were forgotten and served only after we’d finished eating—mostly milk, barely any coffee. The restaurant was generally clean, parking was easy, and prices were fair (£17 for two breakfasts and two coffees).
It’s a shame, because the food itself was decent and the place has potential if the staff were more attentive. Sadly, my first visit left a poor impression, and I wouldn’t return.
