5 /5 Oliver Scott: Celebrating family birthday. Walked in and was greeted with lovely welcoming smiles, We ordered roast beef,roast turkey and roast mutton. They came out around 15 mins after we ordered! So super fast service. The food was absolutely amazing! Honestly the best Sunday roast I have ever had! 10/10 would highly recommend

5 /5 Rosie Jackson: Booked for my mums wake on Thurs, wendy dealt with us via email she made everything easy and fuss free nothing was too much trouble for them, communication was brilliant, the food amazing and hot and tasty plenty to go round, wendy and amy were Respectful and helpful on the day. We had the conservatory which was clean plenty of tables and chairs, everything we arranged was sorted when we all arrived. Never had to arrange a funeral before, so was anxious, wendy put us at ease which was amazing. The venue is beautiful inside, clean with a warm fire, and proffessional staff Couldnt have wanted anything more everything was amazing all our guests were very pleased. So thank you to THE SHOULDER OF MUTTON. A wonderful venue I would definitely recommend John + Rosie

5 /5 sue spivey: Had a fantastic lunch there today. Food was really good and the customer service was excellent. We were made to feel really welcome. Even though the team were expecting a large party we were still looked after really well. If you havent been here youre missing out.

5 /5 Pat Svensen: This was an organised Christmas lunch for 10 of us. Excellent menu, lovely staff, nothing too much trouble and the food was delicious- and HOT, something we dont always find in other places. Service was excellent. Lovely cosy fire but we were in the conservatory. If you havent been before, or havent booked yet, do so now. You wont be disappointed. Have been lots of times before and cant wait to go again. Can really recommend it for a Wake too.
