5 /5 Dr. Noel Lyric Knowles: The staff at Cromwell Giftshop was so accommodating and helpful. Our Air BNB changed our check in time by 3 hours and we had no where to store our six bags. Checking in the bags for storage was easy and they were really nice and accommodating. The store also has awesome souvenirs at great prices! I am very grateful for all of their assistance today!

5 /5 Paul Hopkins: Had a great experience. Highly recommend. Bought my daughter a sweatshirt after sending her lots of pictures of the wide selection they had. After I paid and got back to the room she changed her mind. When I went back the next day they exchanged it with no problem. Very cordial and helpful!

5 /5 G P: The Best Gift Shop in London! This is undoubtedly the best gift shop we have visited in London. There’s a great collection of souvenir items at reasonable prices. They were well stocked. The best part of our visit was the amazing staff. Anjana and Anand were extremely helpful. It seems that they also provide courier services and luggage storage. Highly recommended.

3 /5 Roger Zoepke-Sonntag: Tried to pick up my Royal Mail, but they couldnt find it, claiming they would not work with Royal Mail. Dont let your parcels deliver here, better somewhere else. Update: after another attempt a week later they managed to find my parcel next door. Thanks for the effort. Information still a bit misleading, guess i picked a bad day.
