Aeoni Stewart From the moment that we walked in we were greeted by an amazing staff member Bertie who gave us a an exceptional service, greeted us with a warm welcome and was there hands-on to make my dad’s birthday so special. Throughout the whole time it was a service that stood out the most to us not only is it a beautiful restaurant but if it hasn’t got good service I wouldn’t be coming back. I want to say thank you to the management team for the champagne, My dad loved it so much we had to get another bottle. Bertie offered us a buggy ride back to move our car was just an added bonus. We had a lovely staff member called William To drive us back to our car and he offered to give us a tour around the estate grounds. He was so professional and went the extra mile for us giving a personalised touch which created more memories for us that will last. It’s truly the people why I will be coming back, even visiting the mansion the staff members there was so friendly and inviting.
We are planning our next visit, my family can’t stop talking about it.
