3 /5 Yasar Hussain: Was out with the family on Valentines day, restaurant could not handle the orders unfortunately. It took over 1hour and a half to receive our food, unfortunately not all at once either like promised(I was told 40 mins wait and everything will come together, as to not get mixed up). My starter arrived after I finished my main. My kids were waiting for their food even after I was done(these were all ordered together). The Nachos starter was dry and not as described on the menu, missing the salsa. I will not be back to the Hounslow branch, I will try a different branch.

5 /5 Rahul Ahmed: The food here is fantastic - better than Nandos! We had deep fried lady fingers as starters, some sliders and grilled chicken. The flavours were amazing with the right amount of heat/spice. Highly recommend if youre a lover of chicken!

1 /5 Anam: The food was good but the service from management was less than poor. We went as a group for a friends birthday and one of the girls ordered mac and cheese- simple enough you’d think right? Well there was no description on the menu for the dish and when she took a bite it was spicy and she was unable to eat it. They told her she still had to pay for it and the dish couldn’t be changed for anything else as she had taken a bite of it. How is anyone meant to know it’s spicy if there is no mention on the menu and they can’t take a bite of the dish? Well their response was that no1 else had ever complained. We asked to speak to someone in charge and were told the owners were informed of the situation and also refused to change the dish or refund it. The amount of negligence and lack of responsibility from this restaurant is DISGUSTING. It’s a shame because the server we had was lovely and the food the rest of us ate was great too, but watching one person on your table being bullied was off putting for all of us and ruined the birthday environment. To make it worse I had to prompt them to behave as humans and at the very least apologise for the inconvenience. I will be escalating this complaint as it goes against consumer laws as the dish was not accurately described. If they had been decent human beings and just allowed my friend to change the dish…I’d be writing a different review.

5 /5 SER: I had dinner at this restaurant last night with a group of friends for our annual Christmas get together. The whole experience was perfect! Food delicious, centrally located, fabulous layout, staff friendly and welcoming. I had half a chicken in lemon dressing, fries, haloumi fries and a side order of macaroni cheese. The portions are generous and served hot and fresh. Beautiful large spacious restaurant. Prices extremely reasonable. Most of my party had to take food home as after eating the fat haloumi fries as a starter, we couldnt finish our mains. A lovely place. God willing, I will return.
