5 /5 SP: Really lovely staff in this shop polite helpful. The ice cream pure Italian luxury and delicious. Lots of space makes a great spot for a party if you have little ones or tweens. Oh and Fab Coffee’s too ! Lovely meeting spot. With screens to make your order. Love it here.

The ice cream was absolutely delicious, with so many wonderful flavours to choose from — each one was rich, creamy, and full of taste. It was great being able to try different flavours, and everyone in the family found something they enjoyed. The presentation was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more pleasant. It was a perfect treat to enjoy together, and we will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for such a nice experience!

5 /5 Deepthi: The waffle was warm and crisp, with this creamy pistachio drizzle that tasted way fancier than I expected. And the mountain of whipped cream on top? Absolutely necessary. It made the whole thing feel like dessert, which I fully support. And that little pistachio macaron on the side? It looked like a cute afterthought, but it was actually really good—soft, chewy, and just the right amount of sweet. Together they were such a nice combo: big cozy waffle, tiny elegant macaron. Overall, it was one of those treats that instantly puts you in a better mood. I’d 100% get it again.

2 /5 Sean W: I mean the ice cream is fine to a point. However over a fiver for a small cup is an insult and the staff are in robotic mode. It’s hardly Italian or European gelato and a bit of an insult to mention exotic sounding ingredients on their descriptions. Heaven forbid you want to eat in and all the furniture is completely worn through. The toilets are among the worst I’ve seen anywhere. Their overall business model of decent ice cream is fine, but at the prices they charge their premises are in a woeful state and staff all a bit sad. The overall package doesn’t reflect the reality. Probably just another private equity firm doing their thing but they really should invest in their premises. Don’t respond to adverse reviews either. Tells you everything about integrity of what people have said before if they are real people at all.
