Amy Louise We visited here on a Saturday around 3pm for a celebration dinner. We booked in advance for inside seating. There is outside seating which is perfect on a sunny date as right next to the river. The staff were very welcoming and helpful with their recommendations for food and drinks. We all opted for three courses, they do have weekend set Menus which is worth a look. All the meals arrived in perfect timing, they gave enough time between each meal so it wasn’t rushed. Everything was cooked beautifully and a really enjoyable meal. We will definitely be visiting again!

Doddsy Nice little visit to Jalsha on Christmas Eve, downside first in restaurant at 5pm on Christmas Eve, very cold in restaurant. Service started slow especially when you are the first in the restaurant, but did pick up just like the heating, for me the heating should be on for a period of time prior to opening in the winter months. But all that aside the food was absolutely delicious, well priced for 6 people. Will be visiting this restaurant again.

Chris Zimmerman Have used Zanz Cafe on a regular basis for a number of years, for breakfast and lunch, taken the kids there when they were younger. Never had a bad experience or meal.

Pete D Looking for a great meal in an independent restaurant and wine bar? Then come along to Hammonds. Just by Oxted Station, as well as near car parking. The menu is extensive, but everything is fresh and good quality. Upstairs for larger meals, downstairs for the less formal. Quiz night on the 1st Tuesday of the month, gives you fun and food for £15/each. Good selection of non-alcoholic as well as wines at a reasonable price. (£7/lge glass) The website has more details and up to date menus. Look out for events and taster nights. Tried it yesterday and will be back for more.

John Ferreira Passed by the cafe yesterday with their sweets calling my friend and my names. We said tomorrow for breakfast. Coffee and sweets. Did not expect a full menu as well as multiple choices for drinks. Had my first Spanish Latte - sweet smooth and elegant. An egg, mayo, and bacon sandwich. Yum! And ended the meal with Oreo Cheesecake and Black Forrest Cake. Wanted more, but my stomach can only expand so much. Very relaxed and classy atmosphere. The service was amazing!
