1 /5 Arpana Felix: Overall, the experience did not justify the wait, and I would not recommend this restaurant based on this visit. The service was extremely slow — we waited over an hour for our food to arrive. Despite the long wait times, the waiter insisted that we place our entire order at once and rushed us while we were still deciding. The approach felt pushy and unaccommodating, especially given how long the food ultimately took to come out. During the wait, we noticed a couple leave due to the delays, which further reflected the service issues. When the food finally arrived, both the quantity and overall quality were mediocre at best. The only highlight was the Tandoori scallops; however, even that dish was underwhelming in portion size — just three small pieces of scallops served with mushrooms and green peas.

1 /5 Mayank Sah: Had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff behaviour was extremely rude — the staff member literally threw the plates onto our table, which was shocking and completely unacceptable and out of no where! We ordered veg chowmein, and when we questioned it, we were told “it is like hakka noodles”, which made no sense. As you can see in the picture, the dish was drenched in soya sauce and MSG, overly salty, and not edible at all. Even 3 hours later, I’m still feeling unwell and uncomfortable after the meal. Overall, very poor food quality and disrespectful service. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

5 /5 Samantha: Wonderful food full of flavour. The manager/owner was great he spent a bit of time talking us through the menu which we really appreciated. We can’t wait to comeback again.

5 /5 Shankar Dhakal: I recently celebrated my 51st birthday at Buddha Restaurant with nearly 90 guests, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided a warm and attentive welcome. The drink service and overall hospitality were truly second to none. The restaurant owner was incredibly welcoming and very accommodating to my changing needs on the day, which made the event even more special. The food was fantastic — every single guest commented on how much they enjoyed it. The atmosphere, enhanced by the serene Buddha statues, created a calm and beautiful setting for the celebration. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue or service. Highly recommended for anyone planning a special event!
