5 /5 Dr Afshin: The Flat café is fantastic the fresh croissants are absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is great. It’s a perfect spot to sit and get some work done, enjoy a good coffee, or even have a casual meeting.

Inside, I enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee and a fresh piece of cake, both of which were delightful. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the staff’s demeanor. The server was noticeably unwelcoming, lacking a smile and courtesy, which really impacted the atmosphere. Despite the pleasant treats, the overall vibe was far from the calming and enjoyable experience one would hope for.”

5 /5 Courtney Davison: Only popped in briefly for a quick iced chai but really liked the vibe and the many drink options. The chai latte was so great, strong flavours and a not watered down taste. Staff were lovely and quick too.

2 /5 Marnitz Victor (ÖXL): Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience here today, which is a shame—because the kitchen team clearly put effort into the food, and there were moments where someone tried to offer service with a smile. However, the overall service felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. We didn’t feel looked after, and the atmosphere lacked warmth. Our food arrived faster than the three hot drinks we had ordered, which already felt off. On top of that, one of the drinks was made with the wrong milk. When it was remade with the correct milk, it was served so hot that it literally burned my tongue. I’m usually not someone who writes negative reviews, but I think it’s important to share this so the owners are aware. Today it felt like the staff on shift were not the owners, and like there was no one present who truly had the place under control—service-wise, but also in terms of vibe, attentiveness, and friendliness. With a bit more leadership and hospitality focus, this café could be much better.

5 /5 Muhammad Ali: I was passing by and found this healthy cafe and fitness studio. The atmosphere and the service were great, but what I liked most was how healthy and balanced the food was without compromising on taste. I had the Halloumi wrap, latte and banana bread which were amazing! I did not try the studio downstairs but had a quick look and learned that they host fitness classes here as well. Would definitely recommend!
