The atmosphere was beautiful, the food was delicious, and everything ran so smoothly. A big thank you to Roberto, who looked after us so well. He was attentive, friendly, and professional, with perfect timing throughout the meal. His service really added to the experience and made us feel relaxed and genuinely welcomed. We’ll definitely be returning and hope to be looked after by him again. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

4 /5 Dina Fakhar: I visited Carlotta with my partner to celebrate our anniversary, and overall it was a really lovely experience. The atmosphere was fantastic — vibrant, cozy, and perfect for a special occasion. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming. They went above and beyond by surprising us with a creamy pistachio shot and a handwritten card for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the evening feel extra special. Service throughout the night was also very quick, smooth, and well organized. When it comes to the food, everything was well presented and clearly made with care. However, for me personally, the quality didn’t fully justify the price. I understand this may come down to personal taste, as my partner really enjoyed the dishes, but I would have preferred stronger flavors, more spice, and a bit more depth in taste. That said, the desserts were excellent and truly stood out — rich, well balanced, and delicious. I would definitely recommend leaving room for dessert if you decide to visit. Overall, Carlotta is a great choice for celebrations thanks to its wonderful atmosphere and outstanding service. Even though the main dishes weren’t entirely to my taste, the hospitality, attention to detail, and amazing desserts made it a memorable anniversary dinner.

5 /5 Ellen de Win: We had a wonderful meal at this beautiful restaurant. The interior is stunning, but everything else is just as impressive, from the well-dressed staff to the picture-perfect restrooms. The food was absolutely delicious, and it’s clear they truly understand authentic Italian cuisine. This experience wouldn’t have been as amazing without our server, Roberto. He thought of everything and made sure our evening went smoothly. A very friendly and efficient young man. The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and lively, which can make it a bit noisy at times, but that also adds to its charm. All in all, highly recommended!

5 /5 sukhi tatla: Food and dessert were yummy. Staff were attentive. The interior decor was very nice. They let me and my friend stay at our table well over the allocated time despite how busy the restaurant was. We ordered the Tagliolini Al Tartufo Bianco and Cod And Creamy Leeks. For dessert we had Pistacchio Wedding Cake. Would recommend all dishes. Thanks

3 /5 Amelia: I came here for my friends birthday and my first impressions were that the restaurant was absolutely stunning , hygiene levels great and the atmosphere was lively . As for the food , me and my friends got the crab vodka pasta and it wasn’t great . We both said that the aesthetic was nice and the presentation but the pasta was tasteless and the sauce was not for us . The staff that served us were nice and humorous. Overall I would say that if your main concern are photos and the aesthetic , this is the perfect place for you , however , if your coming for the food I would recommend going somewhere else or ordering the risotto as my friend enjoyed it . As it’s expensive and very mid.
