Clubhouse Restaurant - (Near Berkshire, South East)

5 /5 Paul Large: Fun place for kids, plenty of lego to play with and some stage entertainment (rangers activity and lego figure photo opp), plus nice playground right outside. Staff very friendly and our dinners and breakfast were all great. They were very accommodating for gluten free with buns for burgers and other options.

1 /5 Cesar Eiji Nunes: Horrible experience with the service. On kids menu there was a main which contains only cucumber, lettuce, tomato and burrata, Ive questioned if removing the burrata, I could have this a starter on a 2 course menu option and they accepted. When the bill came Ive pointed what was my request and the agreement but it was mentioned that the system doesnt allow this change, basically it was the most expensive little bowl with tomato, cucumber and lettuce. Left without discussing further since it was already late and had to put my aon to bed. The overall food is below average also, specially for the price they charge.

3 /5 Ah Son: Poor customer service unless youre a known club member. Food is below expectation, burnt sausages and bacon, poor food presentation. The Clubhouse restaurant needs a revamp.

1 /5 Peter Moss: Would give 0 stars for service if I could. Had the misfortune to dine here recently. I’m not sure which was the worst aspect - the ridiculous wait for food, the incorrect order that arrived or the scalding hot plates that were given to children with no warning. Avoid if you can.

3 /5 Ilai Giloh: They have a captive audience, and they prices are accordingly. All in all the food was ok-ish. Some of the dishes (pizzas, chicken wings) were really great, most were sub-par (fish and chips which is obviously supermarket bought), and a few were unedible. This places drawback, like any theme park restaurant, is in its value for money. We paid over 110£ for a dinner for 2 kids + 2 adults. We didnt leave hungry, but I cant say the food quality taste really justifies the hefty cost. We could have gotten a much better meal if we have simply ordered a Deliveroo to the hotel
