5 /5 Tom Brown: I was thoroughly impressed with my meal at Cosmo. There was so much variety and it was nice to try little bits from the different cuisines. The food was very high quality which was amazing given the amount of different options. Desserts were also super tasty and was again impressed with the amount of choice. Would of been nice to have some strawberries for the chocolate fountain however there is plenty of other things to have. Overall had a great time will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be returning, thanks

3 /5 Sergiu Dugobrad: ⭐⭐⭐ Could have been 5 stars, but let down by the reception experience I recently visited Cosmo Southampton and left with mixed feelings. Here is a breakdown of my experience: The Good (5/5): • The Food: Very tasty and fresh; a great variety of dishes. • Cleanliness: The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. • Table Service: The waiters staff are very efficient. They clear plates quickly, which is essential for an all-you-can-eat restaurant to keep the table clutter-free. The Bad (Reason for the 3-star rating): Unfortunately, the welcome experience was disappointing. Despite having a reservation, our table wasnt ready. We were given a pager and had to wait over 15 minutes. The wait itself wasnt the main issue, but rather the attitude of the staff member at reception. He was extremely rushed and didnt offer any apologies for the delay. He seemed completely overwhelmed; at one point, when a colleague asked him something, he actually put his hands over his ears because he was so stressed/over capacity. Note for Management: I am referring to the young man in the red shirt (see photo). He clearly lacks customer service experience and appeared out of his depth, which negatively impacted the start of our evening. Conclusion: The food is definitely worth a visit, but the reservation handling and front-of-house professionalism need serious improvement.

5 /5 Dave Price: Great value for the money and a very well run establishment. A huge variety of food to suit anyones tastes. The staff were all really friendly and attentive and the drinks were all reasonably priced. A nice atmosphere and I would definitely go there again when in the area.

I was so sad when they closed in Nottingham where I used to live because its always been the best restaurant in town, and it still is, the food and the atmosphere never disappoint! I cannot recommend Cosmo enough! Cosmo always has a special place in my familys heart, its where we spent Birthdays, Achievements and other celebration for over 10 years.
