5 /5 Katarzyna Grzeslak: We visited with my two girls today. The staff is so friendly and kind. They showed us the spiders, and a lovely blonde lady brought a tiny spider from the back so that my toddler could see it. I absolutely recommend the place.

5 /5 Laura Carter: We visited Santas Grotto today at Elm Court. We had a magical time! Santa, Mrs Claus and the elves were great and went above and beyond to give the kids a memorable experience. It was fun and special, great value for money too with the kids picking out a toy at the end. We ate at the cafe and bought decorations in the shop and every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. A great start to our Christmas period.

5 /5 Katy Lucas: We went to Elm court for the Elf Party. Our 1st time attending this event. We had such a great time. Their were 4 adults and 5 Children. Book as 1 group if you want to be sat together. Our error. The food was really prompt which got that bit done before the children managed to get up from the table. The Elves and especially Santa were amazing. He had so much energy. All the children received a gift when they were out from the game which worked really well. The staff were polite, festive and efficient. The environment was decorated really well and festive. Our 3 younger Children (4/4/5)loved it. Our 2 older children (10/10) didnt get as involved but come away saying it was ok lol. Us mums really got into the festive spirit. Thank you everyone.

5 /5 Hannah Watts: Santa experience was amazing!! Great with SEN children. Loved how they noticed our son wanted a photo but wait was long and they allowed him to have his go!! Amazing way was set out with each area and staff were amazing and Santa looked real!! Totally agree!!

5 /5 Debs Triggs: Fabulous morning visiting Santas grotto! A truly magical experience for adults and children! Father Christmas, mummy christmas and all the elves are so engaging (I wont spoil the magic!) Ends with a visit to toy shop, where child gets to choose gift from a lovely range of gifts.... 10/10 elm court! The whole christmas lights, decorations and gifts are a magical display! Highly recommend and will return!

Sheree Asomani The food was spectacular! And the service was exceptional. I visited Saturday afternoon and was served by the owner who was so sweet and patient and helped me choose the most delicious dish- Efo Riro soup with pounded yam. Dee-frickin-luscious! My friend got the jollof with chicken and beef stew and she said that was fantastic! I’ll be coming back on Friday for round 2!

Ron George Excellent authentic South Indian food. Ordered take away. Porota and beef fry, Alfaham mandi and Paal porota chicken. Everything was outstanding. The porota was the highlight. Unlike other Indian restaurants, the porota here was big and flaky. Enjoyed an excellent south Indian meal. Will definitely be back.

Millie Holmes Terrible, if I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered £57 worth of food for family and ended up buying into a nasty, rusty screw that was inside a pancake roll. Restaurant only wanted to refund a quarter of the order price and only agreed to a full refund after a complaint was filed with the food safety agency at Medway council.
