ETCI KITCHEN BRIGHTON - (Near East Sussex, South East)

Skoods R Wonderful Thai restaurant that I visited for the 1st time tonight. Welcoming staff who were very attentive throughout but not obtrusive or annoying . The restaurant itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with perfect subdued lighting. Perfect spacing between tables and comfortable chairs. The menu was varied and clearly laid out offering great range of dishes for vegetarian and meat eaters! Great options for set menus available but we chose à la carte, all dishes tasty and authentic. The wine list had perfect array of choice to suit palate and purse. Can’t wait to return to explore & taste more dishes. Tonight we tried the sweet & sour and signature “ sticky I am” chicken variety main dishes accompanied with Phad Thai noodles. All extremely delicious (& to start tried chicken satay & salt n pepper squid). Both superb in flavour and quantity.

Ali Ball Stayed over on the weekend. Whilst part of the pub, the rooms are in a separate building. Its close to a main road, but totally quite. Rooms are comfortable and good service. Great breakfast. Will stay again if in this area.

Charley Winter We’ve just finished our meal for my birthday and I cannot fault it in any way. The service was next level. I had the fillet steak and it was the best steak I’ve had to date, without a doubt! The wine the waitress recommended was perfectly what I’d requested, and the overall experience was just perfect. Cannot thank the team enough. Next time we’re in Brighton, we’ll definitely be back!

Tanya Edwards Mexican street food and cocktails done perfectly. Attentive service. Specialized menu done to a higher standard (do less but well). Highly recommend.

T3A Group A wonderful Wimpy restaurant. Exceptionally clean interior with amazing friendly staff. Genuinely happy to help. Food quality was perfect and very tasty. A call back to the glory days of the British fast food experience. During our visit a staff member was being trained and even that training was carried out expertly. Talking time to ensure the trainee was confident without talking over. A massive well done to all the team and thank you for looking after us

FunOkay Wow just wow ! Visited about 7pm on 2/3 (husband went in) we were so desperately hungry after a long day and the staff attended to us quickly....the food was presented amazingly and salad seasoned beautiful - we had a regular doner and was not greasy or dry - definitely recommend
