5 /5 Cassie Meadow: GORGEOUS atmosphere - tearoom floral chairs, flowers everywhere, twinkly lights. very cute place. menu looked impressive. maybe we just didn’t choose the right things - felt the meals were very well presented but bland. i do plan to go back and try something else bc it really is a special place. the desserts i tried were VERY delicious - cinnamon crinkle cookies were bursting with flavour and moist. the apricot gallet was lovely and nice flakey pastry

5 /5 Finn Loves Coffee: Simply loved being here and was so pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere and incredibly beautiful on the inside, lovely service, lovely-tasting dessert, and an authentic English tea experience. While it is very much on the pricier side even if youre just coming in for a drink, it really is worth it. Highly recommend for a brunchtime or evening coffee and cake date!

5 /5 Munaira Ibn jumah: I had a great experience at Fait Maison Salon de Thé in South Kensington. The food was excellent — fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Everything we ordered was full of flavour, and it was clear that quality and consistency are priorities at this branch. The menu offers a lovely variety, and both the savoury dishes and desserts were very enjoyable. The team was friendly, professional, and well-organised. Service felt smooth and calm, even though the restaurant was busy. A special mention goes to Eva, the manager, whose leadership was clearly reflected in how efficiently everything was run. She was welcoming, attentive, and made sure guests were comfortable and looked after. One thing I really appreciated was that we were seated quickly and did not have to wait long for our table, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. The staff handled seating and service efficiently without making guests feel rushed. Overall, this branch of Fait Maison offers great food, a strong and supportive team, excellent management, and efficient service. It’s a place where you feel genuinely welcome, and I would happily return and recommend it to others.

5 /5 Claudia Choi: This was, in a city full of culinary delights, the highlight of our trip. While my dad had a delicious traditional western breakfast (smoked salmon and avocado on a bagel) my husband and I chose middle eastern dishes. He got the falafel pie, tender and moist falafel between flaky layers of roti. I indulged in the simit with poached egg and yogurt. The simit was fresh, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside with lots of sesame seeds and the slightest hint of sweetness. The yogurt and spices complimented the perfectly poached eggs. We all got coffee drinks. My husband said his cappuccino was excellent (he is a bit of a coffee snob) and I got a Turkish coffee. You can tell that the spices were fresh and it was prepared with care. We met the owner and executive chef who was warm and welcoming. My only regret is that this restaurant is not located closer to my home! When I return to London, this will be a definite stop

5 /5 Mounia Addad: We had a baby shower at this place, and used their private room - everything was so PERFECT, from the food, to the service to the communication. The zataar pastry was just so delicious and fattoush too. Super easy to book, and everyone had a lovely time. A extra special thank you to Sahil you was very attentive and kind. We are so happy we found a local place to host a small event with convenience - the room was ALREADY beautiful they provided a speaker too, and we just bought in some gift favours.
