5 /5 Adam Castell: Great Experience at Five Guys - Kudos to James! I recently visited Five Guys and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. James, who was working behind the counter, really stood out. He was not only super efficient but also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The burger was delicious—juicy, fresh, and packed with flavor. I loved how they let you customize it just the way you like, and the fries were perfectly crispy! The portions were generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth. What really made my visit memorable was the excellent service from James. He was attentive, made sure my order was just right, and even gave me a few great recommendations. It’s clear that he cares about his work and the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope James is there to make my next meal just as great

The food was absolutely delicious; the fries were crispy and seasoned just right, the burger was juicy and flavorful, and the milkshake was thick, creamy, and indulgent. What made the experience even better was the service. Muhammad, who served our food, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He made sure everything arrived quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything else. His warm attitude really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place if youre craving some top-tier comfort food with great service to match..

3 /5 Matthew: Food in here is great, super tasty and plenty of it, you won’t go hungry but just make sure you have money in the pocket/bank because that does come with a price tag. 3 stars because the cleanliness of the restaurant was not great. We sat at the high tables because the soft bench seat table were dirty with other customers rubbish that hadn’t been cleared, we watched other customers come in and clean up the mess but that wasn’t for us and the toilets which are shared male & female were really dirty, I felt sorry for any woman who had to sit in either of those toilets, my daughter needed the loo but I told her she would have to wait until we got home as I wasn’t prepared to let her use those toilets. Male and female toilets should not be shared in any establishment in my opinion. Overall the food was really nice and it’s a nice restaurant but the biggest let down was the cleanliness.

4 /5 Harpreet B: Food is great, tasty and satisfying. They always add a load more fries which always goes down well. It is however very pricey a good burger, fries and a drink can set you back near £18 and thats for one meal. The atmosphere is standard nothing special and nothing missing. Service is good and staff are polite. Location has easy free parking and right next to the cinema.
