4 /5 Waqas Ayub: Someone recommended this place and we went for lunch. Welcoming staff, nice environment, clean area, plenty of space, good ambiance, clean toilets,plenty of paid parking at 5-6 minutes walk. Food was served on time, warm and delicious. Cons limited options on the menu. Nice place if you want to have a quick bite. Not a place for formal dinner. I will recommend for lunch / snack. Reasonably priced menu.

5 /5 Mohd Yusop Ahmad Kamil: Excellent burgers, so juicy and so delicious. Our first time trying this branch although we have tried it at their Coventry branch. Please try if you have not. So damn good burgers and the fried wings we had too was excellent. Btw, fantastic sauces too. Finger licking.

3 /5 Atif G: We visited Franzos on Green street and honestly, the food was pretty average – nothing special. If you’re looking for flavour and quality, Nando’s is definitely a much better option. We ordered masala fish with rice, boneless buffalo chicken, a smashed beef burger, the Lebanese wrap, and buffalo bites. The fish itself was okay, but it was overcooked and the rice was far too dry. The wrap was decent, but nothing memorable. The buffalo bites were overdone, and the burger was a real disappointment – I didn’t like it at all. Overall, the meal felt underwhelming. Wouldn’t rush back here again.

1 /5 Romuz Uddin: I recently visited this restaurant and, while the food was decent in some aspects, the overall experience left much to be desired. The most off-putting part was the cups near the water station they were not just unclean, but outright filthy, which made the entire self-serve setup feel unappealing and unhygienic. I had ordered two grilled chicken with medium spice, but what was served tasted more like steamed chicken with little to no seasoning. The Franzos sauce was just average and did not elevate the dish. The peri peri fries were also disappointing instead of the flavorful seasoning I expected, it seemed like plain fries sprinkled with red chili powder. Service was equally underwhelming. The staff member at the counter appeared disinterested and unprofessional. She didn’t greet or thank us, and her demeanor suggested she didn’t want to be there. While everyone can have a bad day, it left a poor impression on the overall experience. Overall, the food and service were both lacking, and I left unsatisfied. Unfortunately, this was my last visit, as I do not plan on returning.

4 /5 Yaseen: Tried Franzos Green Street and enjoyed the food overall. I had the crispy chicken burger with fries, and it was fresh nice not bad, and crunchy. We also had wings, corn on the cob, and drinks everything came out hot and well prepared. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Great spot for casual dining, and I’d happily come back to try other items on the menu.
