GAILs Bakery - (Near Surrey, South East)

5 /5 Basilian: It was a pleasant surprise to find porridge being served. It was nice and the portion was plentiful. The coffee was good and served in a modern style cup. Of all the chain coffee shops I do like Gail’s and their products.

5 /5 Liz Mitchell: Visited on 5/2 and the two young guys behind the counter were absolutely lovely. Jason and Jack couldn’t have been more helpful or lovely. It was so refreshing to encounter 2 employees with a fabulous attitude towards customer service. I feel it’s very rare these days. Well done, guys

5 /5 William K: Please trust me when I say that Gail’s Coffee shop is the best in Farnham. Lovely staff, Fantastic Cakes and Bread, Clean Tables and spotless toilets as well. We went here yesterday and had the best Cakes and coffee we have had in ages and all for a fair price. It’s the first time in years we have been back too Farnham, but we have already planned to go again so we can get some fresh Bread and cakes from Gail’s. Only wish I could give them “6 Stars” for the cakes.

1 /5 Pickles Pet Pantry: Awful service. The team in all honesty couldn’t be bothered, they too busy messing around with each other and dancing to offer service we queued for 20 mins to hear at 1:45 the kitchen was closed, we stayed in the queue after over hearing only when it was our turn for the young lad to be so focused on his dancing that he skipped us and served someone later down the line. When we decided enough was enough and to leave we mentioned it to the tall women on the coffee machine and she said oh well and laughed at us… Not what we’ve come to expect from other Gail’s we will not return, a total shambles, it had a real feel of arrogance from the team not customer service in site
