GAILs Bakery Kew - (Near Richmond upon Thames, South East)

5 /5 Christine: Stopped by for a quick bite before heading to Kew Gardens. The staff were lovely, and my cheese & ham croissant was delicious. Everything on display looked so tempting. Such a beautiful little spot!

1 /5 CC: Worst experience ever on deliveroo. Just one time they got my order right, while something is missing every other time. Instead of contacting me, they previously would throw in random and cheaper replacements, but today was the worst, ordered two lunch bread for lunch and a pastry and received only a pastry. No replacement, no notice, no explanation for the two breads missing. This is incredibly irresponsible, if items are not available, you should inform the customer in advance for alternative solutions instead of REPEATEDLY SENDING INCOMPLETE ORDERS!!!!!!!!!

3 /5 Karl Barton: Gail’s Bakery in Kew is in a lovely location, conveniently situated by the station. The premises are well maintained, as you would expect from the Gail’s brand, with a clean and welcoming environment. Service is standard—efficient but unremarkable—and the overall experience is fine without being anything special. A reliable option if you are nearby, but not one that particularly stands out compared to other Gail’s locations

5 /5 Klau Pao: This is a great spot to stop by in the morning before heading into Kew Gardens. The service was excellent, the pastries and delicacies were absolutely delicious, and the coffee and tea hit the spot. Prices were fair, the staff was super friendly, and I really enjoyed that early breakfast. Perfect way to start the day.

5 /5 Lucas Martens: We went this morning. Both had the avocado sourdough and it was amazing. Afterwards we tried the rhubarb vanilla brioche which also was very good, not too sweet, just perfection in a pastry!!
