3 /5 joana candido: I visited today and overall had a lovely experience. The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavour and the portion sizes were very generous, which we really appreciated. You definitely get great value for money, and the kitchen clearly knows what it’s doing.
However, there were a few hygiene and professionalism issues that unfortunately took away from the experience. Our waitress was eating bread and butter while serving at our table, and at one point was snacking on a green pepper behind the bar while I was speaking to her and asking for more bread.
Additionally, some customers who appeared to be regulars were casually going behind the bar area and standing chatting very close to where food was waiting to be served. This made the environment feel less hygienic and slightly uncomfortable.
The food itself was excellent, but I hope the restaurant can address these service and hygiene standards, as it would really elevate the overall experience.
