5 /5 Efe Zeybel: The food always arrives very quickly and piping hot — I absolutely love it! Leona never disappoints; everything is consistently delicious and fresh. Occasionally the order comes without cutlery or napkins, but that’s not really an issue since I always have those at home anyway. Overall, the quality, taste, and service make it one of my favorite places to order from.

3 /5 Sam Aberman: Leon is a great chain restaurant that offers a unique concept of serving healthy and tasty fast food. They have found a great sweet spot in the market, offering a range of options from Moroccan vegan meatballs to their famous baked fries. The colourful and retro decor adds to the experience, and the quick service is a plus. This particular branch is in a great location, filling a major gap for fast food services around the new Battersea Power Station shopping centre. The restaurant was bustling with activity on a Sunday lunchtime, and the automated ordering screens made it quick and easy to place our order. However, despite the excellent food and service, the restaurant was let down by its cleanliness. The tables and floors were filthy, and the toilet facilities were in a terrible state. We brought this issue to the attention of the staff, but there seemed to be no urgency in addressing the problem. Its essential that the management take steps to ensure that the branch is properly managed, and that cleanliness is a top priority. If this had been the first Leon branch we visited, it would likely have been the last. Despite this issue, Leon remains a great choice for healthy and tasty fast food.

3 /5 Sanika Chavan: We ordered the Thai Green Chicken Curry Rice Box and were quite disappointed. The food arrived cold, the rice was slightly undercooked, and there was nothing special about the taste that would make us want to come back. For the price, we expected better quality and at least a warm, properly cooked meal. Overall, nothing stood out just bland, cold food with undercooked rice. Wouldn’t recommend it based on this visit.

1 /5 Carolyn Innocent: If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited this restaurant for lunch today, and it was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. My partner and I ordered the Korean wraps and waffle fries, but the food was completely inedible. The chicken tasted old and unpleasant, fries tasted like it had been fried in old oil that had been used to fry multiple things, forcing us to spit it out after just one bite. What made the situation even worse was witnessing a staff member compressing rubbish in the bins with bare hands—no gloves—and then immediately returning to handle food at the counter without washing their hands. This is a serious food safety concern. After seeing this, my partner decided to leave the restaurant. It’s incredibly disappointing to have wasted £20 on a meal we couldn’t eat, only to have to spend more money elsewhere for food. I strongly believe this restaurant should be investigated for food hygiene and safety practices.
