2 /5 Jake D: Youre better off trying any of the other options in the area honestly. Service is abysmally slow (not just at lunchtime), multiple wrong orders have meant that this wait time often gets doubled and the hygiene is really bad - I have pulled a long black hair out of a muffin before. Done for good now after my latest visit, the place is a shambles

2 /5 Piggy Miss “MissPiggyx”: This place has self checkouts which are extremely slow at busy lunchtimes. Also if you want to order a simple cake only, you have to wait for all the other orders to be completed. Not really time efficient for simple cake. Prets service is much more efficient because they still have people behind the tills. I would give five stars to one member of staff who is there most days. He is always, helpful, friendly and hard working, he could be the manager but Im not sure.

3 /5 Richard Yates: Had to contend with a bunch of noisy girls not eating or drinking for first 15mins. Unfortunately very limited veggie and vegan options. Food arrived relatively quickly due to very few other customers but the fries were overcooked. Halloumi wrap was warm with about 10% halloumi, so not the best. Food just felt too rushed, with no care given.

5 /5 Hansa Luximan: David is a treasure. Please protect him at all costs! Staff are lovely, food and drinks are consistent, really like the point-based reward system.

5 /5 Solomun Beyene: Really great food and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Was able to get some work done this Sunday evening. Also Amara hospitality was amazing served me some great food and warm cup of coffee with a smile. Thank you.
